Our Mandate

(Jeremiah 1:1 NKJV)  The words of Jeremiah the son of Hilkiah, of the priests who were in Anathoth in the land of Benjamin,
(Jeremiah 1:2 NKJV)  to whom the word of the Lord came in the days of Josiah the son of Amon, king of Judah, in the thirteenth year of his reign.
(Jeremiah 1:3 NKJV)  It came also in the days of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah, until the end of the eleventh year of Zedekiah the son of Josiah, king of Judah, until the carrying away of Jerusalem captive in the fifth month.
(Jeremiah 1:4 NKJV)  Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
(Jeremiah 1:5 NKJV)  "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations."
(Jeremiah 1:6 NKJV)  Then said I: "Ah, Lord God! Behold, I cannot speak, for I am a youth."
(Jeremiah 1:7 NKJV)  But the Lord said to me: "Do not say, 'I am a youth,' For you shall go to all to whom I send you, And whatever I command you, you shall speak.
(Jeremiah 1:8 NKJV)  Do not be afraid of their faces, For I am with you to deliver you," says the Lord.
(Jeremiah 1:9 NKJV)  Then the Lord put forth His hand and touched my mouth, and the Lord said to me: "Behold, I have put My words in your mouth.
(Jeremiah 1:10 NKJV)  See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, To root out and to pull down, To destroy and to throw down, To build and to plant."
(Jeremiah 1:1-10 NKJV)  Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying: "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations." Then said I: "Ah, Lord God! Shiloh The Call - Prepare A Place For Me

Over twenty years ago God spoke to Neil and told him to, “Prepare a place for My people, a place of tranquility and peace, where I can meet with them face-to-face".

Recently while in fasting and prayer God said to Neil, “When the Lavenders bloom, Shiloh will begin”. So we have prepared ourselves spiritually and in faith for God to bring to pass what He requested those many years ago.

Shiloh will once again be a prophetic sanctuary, a place where the people of God can come to meet with Him face-to-face, in a setting of tranquility, surrounded by the beauty of God’s creation in the African bush. Here facilities will provide every possible encouragement for the Believer through seminars, conferences, retreats, and the fellowshipping with servants of deep spiritual anointing in their respective fields of ministry, to hear the voice of God and to walk with Him.

To accommodate all the spiritual needs of Shiloh we would need to acquire a large property, that would comfortably house all the various facilities of Shiloh.

To compliment Shiloh’s startup needs - we envisage the initial purchase of an on-going minimum three star country lodge concern, (prayerfully a game farm would be an ideal bonus). This would serve several very critical needs, as the business would continue to function as such for as long as possible. Leaving ample opportunity to help broker the various development and construction requirements of Shiloh’s ministry facilities and landscaping.
